Surveys.us specializes in public-sector market data including salary, benefits and compensation policies. Our website is designed to allow your agency to easily and efficiently post your data on an annual basis. Data can then be viewed, downloaded and shared with your peers in a variety of ways. Best of all, it's FREE!

Our service resolves one of the more tedious and time consuming tasks of most HR departments: Participating in the many market studies requested by their peers. We all recognize the value of these studies - and we all want to share in the survey results. But let's face it. Few people have the time (let alone the desire) to participate in every survey request that comes across their desk.

Surveys.us was created to cut your annual surveys down to one, single annual survey. Your job descriptions, policies & benefits are posted - and your salary data is matched to a universal benchmark. Your peer organizations can then enter their own jobs to automatically make the matches to your jobs - just as you can match your jobs to their data. Now, when someone asks for your survey input, you can just point them to surveys.us. And next year, you can quickly update your survey input by percentages or individually.

Your data may be posted anonymously if your agency requires confidentiality. Alternatively, you can embed your job descriptions and survey data directly into your agency's website - saving you the trouble of compiling and posting the information each year. By participating in one single annual survey, you can comply with all your peer's survey requests and keep your website updated simultaniously!

Besides greatly simplifying the process of survey participation, our utility offers a variety of data viewing and downloading options. Professional reports, designed by leading HR consultants are available to you at any time. Your reports may be filtered by a variety of search criteria and may be viewed online or downloaded in Adobe PDF or MS Excel spreadsheet formats.

Surveys.us members may create custom survey groups that show only data for their relevant competitors. Survey groups may be private (for the purpose of generating market scenarios), or active (members can interact and create mini-surveys for odd job titles).
